Mehran started in technology, building systems, solving problems, and exploring how digital tools could change what’s possible.
Over time, he became more interested in what happens when those tools meet real organisations and real people. His work has taken him across education, operations, governance, and leadership. He has sat in boardrooms and classrooms, led teams and been led. He has built strategies and seen how they play out in practice.
After more than a decade working across these environments, including as Head of Programmes and COO at Youth Leads UK, he has developed a deep respect for how hard meaningful change really is. It is rarely just about better tools or clearer plans.
