The Bolton Youth Healthcare Transformation Board is committed to giving young people their say on how Bolton’s Healthcare services are delivered. We need your experience to make real change in your community.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Aged between 12-25
- Live in Bolton
- Passionate about improving health services for young people
- Willing to share your experience to make real change in your community
The Bolton Youth Healthcare Transformation Board will speak directly to decision-makers in Bolton, and we’re giving 10 young people a chance to be part of this 100% youth-led group.
You’ll meet around once per month, decide what topics you want to impact, and regularly catch up with health decision-makers in the town.
