We’re Youth Leads UK – a proudly youth-led charity at a pivotal moment in our journey.
As we approach our 15th anniversary, we are celebrating having supported over 25,000 young people to build skills, lead change, and raise their voices. From the Queen Elizabeth II Award for Voluntary Service to the British Citizen Youth Award, our youth-led impact has been recognised nationally.
But we’re not done yet. The challenges facing young people today are complex – rising inequality, mental health pressures, disconnection from civic life. Young people are not the problem; they are central to the solution.
Our Generation NOW strategy sets out our ambition for 2025–2030: to grow our reach, strengthen our foundations, and accelerate our impact.
We invite you to stand with us. To listen, support, and act. All so that the future is brighter with young people at the table.
By 2030, Youth Leads UK will have transformed how young people are seen, supported, and celebrated.
We will:

Support over 5,000 young people to build skills, lead change, and shape their futures

Place at least 100 young people in governance, advisory, or ambassadorial roles

Create an estimated £20 million in social value through increased employment, reduced inequality, improved wellbeing, and stronger civic participation
To achieve this, we will deliver six key missions.
