Faizan Sharief
As a Youth Engagement Officer at Youth Leads UK, Faizan plays a key role in supporting and amplifying the voices of young people across Leadership programmes. He also chairs the Youth Advisory Board, helping to shape the direction of the organisation by ensuring it remains youth-led at every level.
Faizan first got involved with Youth Leads UK as the youngest member in the 2020 Leadership Programme, an experience that inspired his passion for working in a youth-focused charity. He chose this role because he believes in the power of young people to lead real, lasting change, especially within education and community development.
The best part of his role is being able to connect with other young people, support their growth, and help them realise their potential. Seeing their confidence grow and ideas come to life is what motivates him every day.
Outside of Youth Leads UK, Faizan is an aspiring medic planning to pursue further studies in the medical field. He is also the founder of GCSE Revision with MFS, an online platform and YouTube channel which helps students from all backgrounds succeed in their studies. When he’s not working or studying, you’ll likely find him on the football pitch or cricket field, staying active through the sports he loves.
