Kristian Horabin
Kristian is currently Chief Operating Officer at LNT Care Developments. He brings a wealth of experience from a career in food retail, having served as Managing Director at ASDA and, prior to that, spending 14 years at Aldi during a period of rapid growth driven by a people-first strategy.
Originally from the North West, Kristian studied at university in Manchester and remains passionate about the region and empowering young people to reach their potential.
Kristian became involved with Youth Leads UK through the charity Pilotlight, where he supported the organisation on commercial strategy, governance, and people development.
He now lives in Yorkshire with his wife Lucy and their two daughters.
