Mehran’s journey with Youth Leads UK began in 2014 as a participant, returning to join the team as a staff member in 2020 to support the digital transition needed for all our engagements during that time. Mehran is a strategic leader dedicated to empowering young people from diverse backgrounds to thrive. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees projects that provide real opportunities for young people, helping them build skills, confidence, and a sense of purpose. His work focuses on strategic planning, optimising organisational workflows, strengthening partnerships, and leading a dynamic team to maximise the organisation’s impact across Greater Manchester and beyond.
With a background in technology and education across both the charitable and digital sectors, Mehran brings a unique blend of operational expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to Youth Leads UK. Alongside his role here, he’s the founder of a digital agency that supports small businesses in building their online presence and helping local entrepreneurs succeed.
Outside of work, Mehran serves as a school governor and is passionate about the outdoors and aviation, he enjoys hiking and taking to the skies when he can.
