She delivers our Leadership Programmes with energy and intention, keeping Youth Leads’ values — especially fun — at the heart of every session while empowering young people to grow in confidence and capability.
Salma’s journey with Youth Leads began as a participant on the Leadership Programme, where she felt truly listened to for the first time. That experience inspired her to stay involved. She later joined the Civic Leadership Programme, further strengthening her leadership and public speaking skills.
Today, Salma is committed to creating those same opportunities for others. Drawing on her experience as an immigrant, she is passionate about helping young people feel included, valued and part of a community where every individual has the chance to shine.
