Zahra Khan
Zahra is the Governance and Funding Officer at Youth Leads UK, where she focuses on securing funding to support the organisation’s impactful work and developing key policies.
Zahra began her journey with Youth Leads UK as a volunteer and joined the staff team in 2019. Her experience as a volunteer inspired her to make a meaningful difference in the charity sector, helping to positively shape the lives of young people.
Throughout her time at Youth Leads, Zahra has contributed across various areas, from delivering programmes to supporting projects and writing funding applications. She enjoys the diversity of her role and the different ways her work can directly or indirectly benefit young people and their futures.
Zahra holds a degree in Business Studies and is also a qualified HR advisor. Outside of work, she stays busy with her young daughter.
