Abeer Abdul Aziz
Abeer started her Youth Leads UK journey as a volunteer in 2016 and has since grown into her role as Head of Impact and Partnerships. She is passionate about creating opportunities for young people to build confidence, develop leadership skills and make a difference in their communities.
Abeer leads on strengthening the organisation’s impact, while continuing to work closely with young people to make sure their voices shape the programmes and opportunities they take part in. With an academic background in psychology, she draws on her knowledge to better understand and support young people, bringing an inclusive and youth-centred approach to her work.
